Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Treasury handles refund-related questions, including the distinction between TrustPay Wallet product support and third-party provider refund processes.

Last updated:April 10, 2026

Scope of Policy

Treasury is a wallet portfolio dashboard and aggregation interface. It is not a custodial wallet, does not directly sell digital assets, and does not itself process card payments, settlements, or redemptions for end users.

This Refund Policy explains how Treasury handles refund-related inquiries for services presented through the product and clarifies which matters must be handled by third-party providers.

Third-Party Services

Some experiences accessible from Treasury may be provided by independent third parties, including on-ramp providers, payment partners, exchanges, wallet services, or blockchain infrastructure vendors.

Refunds, reversals, cancellations, chargebacks, or processing disputes relating to those services are governed by the applicable third-party provider's own terms, policies, and operational rules.

Amounts Commonly Not Refundable

Unless a third-party provider states otherwise, the following items are commonly non-refundable or may not be recoverable through Treasury:

  • Blockchain network or gas fees paid to miners, validators, or relayers.
  • Losses resulting from exchange rate changes, spreads, or slippage.
  • Transactions that you authorized, signed, and broadcast to a blockchain once they become irreversible on-chain.
  • Assets sent to an incorrect wallet address, unsupported network, or otherwise irrecoverable destination.

Request Process

If your issue relates to a third-party transaction or purchase initiated from Treasury, you should first contact the relevant provider directly and follow its documented dispute or refund process.

Treasury may, where appropriate, help identify the provider involved or review basic product logs, but Treasury does not guarantee refund outcomes and does not act as the refund decision maker for third-party services.

Exceptions and Discretion

Any goodwill accommodation, account credit, or exception is made at the sole discretion of the responsible provider or, where applicable, TrustPay, and only where permitted by law and internal policy.

Nothing in this Refund Policy creates a guarantee that a refund, reversal, or compensation will be available.

Contact and Assistance

For general questions or help identifying the appropriate service provider, you may contact us using the details below. Treasury can assist with routing and product-level context, but does not promise direct handling of third-party refund claims.
